In general, we encourage washing at a lower temperature & to ensure you are using your washing machine efficiently. If your machine has a quick-wash or eco-wash function, consider using this to reduce water usage. 
We recommend using non- bio or eco-friendly laundry detergents & fabric softeners. They are great for our skin & designed to be effective on a cool wash as well as a hot one.
