SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strongly believe in supporting the Royal Mail & will therefore ship your items through this service, unless we feel it's necessary to use an alternative service such as a courier.
We aim to get your purchases sent to you as quickly as possible, however being a small independent business we would appreciate your understanding that at busy times of the year such as the Christmas period it may be a little slower, although we will do our upmost to ensure this doesn't happen.
Please feel free to add a note at the check out if you would like the postman/courier to leave your item in a special place or with a neighbour, so that you don't miss your delivery slot, or if you require you item to be gift wrapped.
Return & Exchange Policy-
Whilst we really hope that you like your James Lear purchases if for any reason you would like to return your item(s), we can issue a credit note or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be shown on exchange.
Whilst we really hope that you are pleased with your purchase we do accept returns from online orders. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product & return it to us within 14 days of purchase.

Goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
A refund will be processed once we receive the return. It may take around 3-5 working days after process for this to show on your account.
